1. Service Ello Pro AIO provides digital business pages, QR code services, website link management, and related digital marketing services. 2. Ownership The customer retains ownership of their business name, logo, images, and content. By submitting content, the customer confirms they have the right to use it. 3. Subscription Services remain active while the subscription is valid. If a subscription expires, Ello Pro may temporarily suspend the digital page after a reasonable grace period. 4. Payment Setup fees are non-refundable after activation. Subscription fees must be paid before the renewal date. Prices may be updated for new customers. Existing customers will be informed in advance of any renewal changes. 5. Acceptable Use Customers must not upload or request content that is: Illegal Misleading Offensive Infringing another person's copyright or trademark 6. Support Ello Pro provides support during normal business hours for updates covered by the selected plan. 7. Service Availability While we aim for continuous availability, occasional maintenance or third-party hosting issues may cause temporary interruptions. 8. Limitation of Liability Ello Pro is not responsible for losses resulting from internet outages, third-party platform issues (such as Google, Meta, or WhatsApp), or customer-provided incorrect information.
